SHINE Humanity was honoured to take part in Pakistan's First-Ever Reverse Career Expo 2025, held at the National Aerospace Science & Technology Park (NASTP) in Karachi. This groundbreaking event placed candidates with disabilities at the forefront, giving them a platform to showcase their skills and experiences directly to recruiters.

By flipping the traditional career fair model, the expo fostered a more inclusive hiring environment, one where talent was recognized for its true value, beyond stereotypes or limitations.
