Thalassemia Training Session at the SHINE - Garibsons Clinic

Thalassemia, a blood disorder caused due to insufficient hemoglobin production, may be life threatening without treatment and timely intervention. A training session on Thalassemia was conducted at the SHINE Garibsons Clinic in Gharo, by Dr. Agha Umer Daraz Khan - Chief Pathologist at Husaini Laboratory. The learning outcomes of this training session comprised of Thalassemia detection, and report interpretation. We are very thankful to Dr. Khan for educating our staff and contributing to their evolving bank of medical knowledge.
